The Companies Ordinance 1984, The Companies (Court) Rules, 1997 and The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act 1997, The Stock Exchanges (Corporatisation, Demutualization and Integration) Act, 2012 and The Securities Act 2015 involve the most significant exercise of amending and consolidating company law for decades.
